#100 Days of Notebooking
Today reminds me of the power of the notebook. It was one of those days when I woke up and I had a lot to say, a lot to write. With this challenge, I find myself very aware of what I'm putting on the page because I'm sharing it, but this morning I forgot all of that. I wrote it all out. My "share" is only one of my pages from this morning and it's blurred. Remember that sharing is your choice, sharing is for support and encouragement, and there are lots of different ways to share.
Wherever you are in your journey, take a moment and look back on the pages you've created so far. Congratulate yourself for showing up and trying something new. Find something you are really proud of and linger there.
Are you sharing this journey with anyone? Do you have a friend to notebook with? How about a family member? Students? Colleagues? Sharing the journey helps when you falter and when you celebrate! Maybe that's something you can do today...find someone and invite them to join you.
Most parents I know read to their children. It's a bedtime routine, a ritual. It's valuable time spent together. What if parents and kids notebooked together? The times I've spent with my niece and nephew notebooking are some of my favorite memories! Happy Notebooking!
